What KeepMinute does

Each meeting you record gets the following, saved together in one place.

  • Records calls in any app

KeepMinute records your microphone and your PC's sound together, so it picks up calls in Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, phone apps and any other app on your PC.

  • Saved on your PC

Each meeting gets its own folder in a place you choose, holding the microphone track, the other side's track, the transcript, the notes and the follow-up draft.

  • Transcript by speaker

Your side is labelled with your name and the other voices are separated by speaker, all on one timed transcript.

  • Summary, decisions and actions

Notes open with a summary, then list the decisions, the actions with an owner and due date, and the promises you made.

  • Key quotes and figures

Spoken lines are kept word for word with who said them, and the numbers, prices and dates mentioned get their own list.

  • Follow-up email in your tone of voice

Describe how you write, or load a file with your style, and the follow-up draft is written that way and signed with your name and organisation.

  • Outlook and Google Calendar

Connect Outlook or Google Calendar, pick a meeting from today's list, and the company, title and attendees are filled in for you.

  • Search and ask your meetings

Search titles and transcripts, filter by company, type or date, or type a question and get an answer drawn from your saved transcripts.

  • Bookmarks

Press a hotkey during the call to mark a moment. The bookmark shows the lines from just before and after it.

  • Any AI provider you choose

Connect xAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or Deepgram with your own key, run Whisper locally on your PC, or point KeepMinute at any OpenAI-compatible endpoint.

  • Screen recording when you want it

Audio is the default. Switch on screen capture for meetings where you want the slides too, and it stays in the meeting folder.

  • Consent line in one click

A button copies a short line telling everyone the call is being recorded, ready to paste into the meeting chat.

  • Your meeting library

Every meeting sits in one library on your PC, sorted by date, with its audio, transcript, notes and follow-up draft a click away.

  • Notion export and recovery

Publish notes to a Notion page you choose. If your PC crashes mid-call, KeepMinute finishes the meeting the next time it opens.

Questions

What do I need?

A Windows 10 or 11 PC, a microphone, and an API key from an AI provider you choose.

Which call apps does it work with?

Any app that plays the call through your PC's speakers or headset, including Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and phone apps. KeepMinute records your microphone and your PC's sound as two tracks.

Where are my recordings kept?

In a folder you pick on your own PC. Each meeting has its own folder with the audio, transcript, notes and follow-up draft.

What does KeepMinute send to my AI provider?

By default KeepMinute sends only the audio to the AI provider you connect. Audio alone uses fewer tokens, which keeps your provider bill down. Screen recordings stay in your meeting folder.

Who pays for the AI?

Your AI costs are paid directly to your provider, under your own account and at their prices. They are separate from the one-time price of KeepMinute.

Which AI provider should I use?

The choice is yours, and so is responsibility for the provider you pick, its terms and its charges. KeepMinute works with xAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Deepgram, Whisper on your own PC, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. We leave the decision to you and keep KeepMinute neutral between providers.

Where does my data go?

KeepMinute runs on your own PC. Your recordings and notes go only to the services you connect yourself, such as your AI provider, your calendar and Notion. The one other connection is a licence key check with Lemon Squeezy, which sends just your key.

What do I get for £19?

A licence for KeepMinute on your own PC and every version 1.x update. That is about $25 or €22, and Lemon Squeezy shows the exact amount and any local tax at checkout.

Can I record anyone?

Tell everyone in the meeting that you are recording and get their agreement. KeepMinute has a button that copies a consent line you can paste into the chat. Some places require everyone's consent by law.

When can I buy it?

Soon. Leave your email in the form on this page and we will tell you the day it goes on sale.
